Redevelopment on the rise. Andante is a 4-story, 102 unit condominium development encompassing 10 moderate income units and 10 low-income units in the City of Emeryville. Situated on a 1.83 acre site, the community features a 5-level parking garage, 15,000 s.f. of commercial space, 15,000 s.f. of office space, recreational facilities, a fitness center and swimming pool. The development is also adjacent to a retail center and public transportation. SANDIS prepared a topographic and boundary survey, tentative map, parcel map ad condominium plan, and an ALTA survey for the site. Engineering included the preparation of an erosion control, grading and drainage and storm, sanitary and water plans, preparation of technical specifications, opinion of probable construction costs, and off-site improvements for the public right-of-way.
